Bracken House Rehabilitation Unit
A rehabilitation unit for men and women aged between 18 and 65 and those over 65 who are already accessing adult mental health services.
Bracken House is a rehabilitation unit for adults aged 18 to 65. We also support people over 65 who already use adult mental health services.
We support men and women who are experiencing mental health difficulties. We help people during their recovery so they can improve their mental and physical health.
Our support also helps people to build skills for everyday life, including work, education, and social activities.
The unit has disabled access. Parking is available on site.
Visiting times
If you would like to visit a patient on the unit, please call 01623 404611. Visiting times are usually from 10am to 8pm.
Accessing our service
This service is available to those registered with a GP in Nottingham or Nottinghamshire.
Referrals can also be made by mental health professionals.

There is limited free visitor and service user parking on Lindsay Close.
Do allow a little extra time to find a parking space, especially during busy periods.
