We are a nurse led service that supports people with long-term health problems caused by alcohol use. 

We work with people who: 

  • have a current or past alcohol dependence.
  • are at high risk of going back into hospital.  
  • have long-term conditions caused by alcohol, such as liver cirrhosis  
  • have end stage liver failure.  
  • have nerve damage caused by alcohol, such as peripheral neuropathy which can lead to numbness and pain.
  • Have confirmed diagnosis of  alcohol related brain injury. 
  • have inflammation of the pancreas caused by alcohol. 

Our service is provided by a national, award-winning team of nurses. 
They work closely together to help people stay well and reduce the need for emergency or unplanned hospital care.

How to refer
